We've sorted out the sizes of the accessories to help you:
Large size = 1" scale (1" = 1' in real life) = for large pots, vignettes, in-ground
Medium size = 1/2" scale (1/2" = 1') = for small pots, centerpieces
Small size = 1/4" scale (1/4" = 1') = for tabletops, terrariums
Return Policy
We ask one thing: Please ask questions first, shoot later! We will not intentionally do anything that will disagree with you, our beloved customer. We do, however, miss the odd detail and type the wrong word. Please give us a chance to 'make good' on our promise of excellent customer service.
Shipping overcharges are mainly due to the plant content of your purchase. We know the store can't pack a box as well as we can and if there are any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Any gross overages will be promptly refunded!
All items leave our location in excellent condition. While we cannot accept responsibility of the treatment of any of our items during shipment we are always concerned if the item arrives in less than perfect condition, give us a call. Returns accepted for refund or store credit by notifying us within 7 days of receiving shipment. Shipping and handling charges for the returned item are the buyers responsibility - any reasonable shipping fee in getting the product back to you is ours.
